Kuwait Codes Initiative - Terms and Conditions
- By participating in the initiative and being accepted into the program, the student agrees to all the terms mentioned on this page, including any future amendments that may be published by the Kuwait Codes management.
Registration and Participation Requirements
- The student must use one active email address for all platforms used within the initiative.
- The student must have a personal laptop throughout the initiative; sharing a single device among multiple students is not allowed.
- If a student wishes to withdraw from the initiative, they must notify the initiative management.
- Priority of acceptance is given to Kuwaitis.
- Students who do not meet the registration requirements will not be contacted regarding their application status.
Attendance and Student Commitment
- Students must attend the entire lecture at the scheduled time.
- If a student is late or needs to leave before the lecture ends, they must inform the teaching assistant in advance.
- Only accepted students are allowed to attend the lectures; parents, relatives, or friends are not permitted to attend.
- Students must refrain from using their mobile phones during lectures and should focus on the instructor.
- Students must attend sessions at the designated location, unless an emergency situation requires otherwise.
Communication Within the Initiative
- Students are not allowed to create external communication groups (such as WhatsApp, Discord, or any other platform) with other students. Private, one-on-one communication between students is also prohibited; all communication must take place in the designated official channels. Violating this rule may result in expulsion from the program and disqualification from future participation.
- Discord will be used as the official communication platform among students. Sharing news or engaging in unrelated discussions is not permitted; the platform is strictly for initiative-related questions.
- The official communication channel is Discord; WhatsApp or other platforms will not be used after acceptance.
Behavioral Code of Conduct
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on university premises or in virtual meetings (if applicable), including traditional cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and vaping devices. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion from the program.
- Students must follow the instructor’s guidelines during class.
- Students are not allowed to wander around university facilities or attend other sessions not assigned to them. They must go directly to their designated classroom.
- Students must demonstrate proper behavior and show respect to instructors, fellow students, and all staff members.
- The initiative management reserves the right to contact the student’s guardian in case of misconduct.
- If a student violates any of the rules mentioned on this page, the management has the right to revoke their seat in the initiative as deemed necessary.
Intellectual Property and Content Usage
- Students are prohibited from copying or distributing educational materials outside the initiative without prior approval from CODED Academy.
- All projects created within the initiative belong to the student, but Kuwait Codes retains the right to use these projects for training or marketing purposes, with proper credit to the student.
- Recording lectures or sharing them on any online platform is strictly prohibited, unless official approval is granted by the initiative management.
Photography and Marketing
- Kuwait Codes management may document lessons and events related to the initiative through photography or videography for marketing or educational purposes.
- Students are prohibited from recording or photographing fellow students (audio or video) without prior approval from the management and involved parties.
Technical Requirements and Support
- Students must ensure they have a fast and stable internet connection when participating in online sessions (if applicable).
- If a student encounters technical issues, they can contact the designated support team as soon as possible, either through official communication channels or by visiting the initiative premises in person.
شروط وأحكام مبادرة الكويت تبرمج
- بمجرد مشاركة الطالب في المبادرة وقبوله في البرنامج، فإن هذا يعني موافقته على جميع البنود المذكورة في الصفحة، بما في ذلك أي تعديلات مستقبلية قد يتم نشرها من قبل إدارة الكويت تبرمج.
شروط التسجيل والاشتراك
- يجب أن يستخدم الطالب بريدًا إلكترونيًا واحدًا فعّالًا خاصًا به في جميع المنصات المستخدمة ضمن المبادرة.
- يجب أن يتوفر لدى الطالب جهاز لابتوب خاص به طوال فترة المبادرة، ولا يسمح باستخدام جهاز واحد لأكثر من طالب.
- على الطالب التواصل مع إدارة المبادرة في حال رغب في إيقاف اشتراكه.
- أولوية القبول لكويتي الجنسية.
- لن يتم التواصل مع الطالب في حال عدم موافاة شروط التسجيل.
الحضور والتزام الطالب
- على الطالب الالتزام بحضور المحاضرة كاملة في وقتها المحدد.
- في حال تأخر الطالب عن المحاضرة أو احتاج للمغادرة قبل انتهائها، يجب عليه إبلاغ المدرس المساعد مسبقًا.
- الحضور مقتصر على الطلبة المقبولين فقط؛ لا يسمح لأولياء الأمور أو الأقارب أو الأصدقاء بحضور المحاضرات
- يجب على الطالب عدم استخدام الهاتف أثناء المحاضرة والتركيز مع المدرس.
- يجب على الطالب حضور اللقاءات في الموقع المحدد، ما لم يكن هناك ظرف طارئ يستدعي خلاف ذلك.
التواصل داخل المبادرة
- يُمنع على الطالب إنشاء أي مجموعات تواصل خارجية (مثل واتساب أو دسكورد أو أي برنامج آخر) مع الطلبة، كما يمنع التواصل الفردي “بالخاص” بين الطلاب؛ إذ يجب أن يكون جميع التواصل في القنوات المخصصة فقط. يحق للإدارة طرد الطالب وعدم قبوله في البرامج المستقبلية إذا خالف هذا البند.
- سيتم استخدام برنامج دسكورد للتواصل بين الطلبة، ويُمنع نشر الأخبار أو الأحاديث الجانبية فيه. يُخصص هذا البرنامج فقط للأسئلة المتعلقة بالمبادرة.
- منصة التواصل الرسمية ستكون “دسكورد”، لن يتم التواصل من خلال “الواتساب” وغيره بعد القبول
قوانين السلوك
- يُمنع التدخين في مقر الجامعة أو حتى في اللقاءات الإلكترونية (إن وجدت)، ويشمل ذلك السجائر التقليدية والإلكترونية والفيب. سيتم طرد الطالب مباشرةً في حال مخالفة هذا القانون.
- يجب على الطالب الالتزام بتعليمات المدرس داخل الفصل.
- يُمنع على الطالب التجول في مرافق الجامعة أو حضور مسارات أخرى غير مخصّصة له. يجب عليه التوجه مباشرةً إلى القاعة الدراسية المخصصة.
- يجب على الطالب التحلي بحسن السلوك واحترام المدرسين والطلبة وجميع طاقم العمل.
- يحق لإدارة المبادرة التواصل مع ولي أمر الطالب في حال تسبب الطالب في مشكلة.
- إذا أخلّ الطالب بأي من القوانين المذكورة في الصفحة، يحق للإدارة إلغاء مقعده في المبادرة وفق ما تراه مناسبًا.
الملكية الفكرية واستخدام المحتوى
- يحظر على الطالب نسخ المواد التعليمية أو توزيعها خارج إطار المبادرة من دون إذن مسبق من أكاديمية كودد.
- جميع المشاريع التي يتم إنشاؤها ضمن المبادرة تخص الطالب، ولكن تحتفظ إدارة الكويت تبرمج بحق استخدام هذه المشاريع لأغراض تدريبية أو تسويقية مع ذكر اسم الطالب.
- يُمنع تسجيل المحاضرات أو نشرها على أي منصة إلكترونية إلا بعد موافقة رسمية من الإدارة.
التصوير والتسويق
- قد تقوم إدارة الكويت تبرمج بتوثيق الدروس أو الفعاليات المتعلقة بالمبادرة عبر التصوير الفوتوغرافي أو الفيديو لأغراض تسويقية أو تعليمية.
- يُمنع على أي طالب تصوير الزملاء أو تسجيلهم صوتيًا أو مرئيًا من دون موافقة مسبقة من الإدارة والأطراف المعنيّة.
المتطلبات التقنية والدعم
- يجب على الطالب التأكد من توافر إنترنت سريع ومستقر خلال المشاركة في الحصص الإلكترونية (عند وجودها).
- في حال واجه الطالب مشكلات تقنية، يمكنه التواصل مع فريق الدعم المخصص في أقرب وقت ممكن، إما عبر القنوات الرسمية المعلنة أو بالحضور الشخصي في مقر المبادرة.
